Insurance Policy
In order to provide the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, payment is expected at the time services are rendered. You are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage. We are not providers for any dental, medical, medicare, or HMO insurance carriers. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claim and reimbursement will be directed to the insured. Only PPO plans will have an option of reimbursement. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and providers of CareCredit.
